Happy Sunday!
After spending a few days on a retreat in Assisi I have returned with a gratitude to be home. Though here in Phoenix the leaves may not turn quite as they do in Assis, but the rhythm of the liturgical year always invites us to a deeper transformation of heart and that is the change that truly matters. Happy Sunday from the Pastor!
May the peace of Christ be with all of you! After the decree and events of being installed as the pastor of Saint Joan of Arc, my heart is filled with gratitude. As of September 15, 2025 a decree of appointment as pastor was granted by Bishop John Dolan. This is a weight of responsibility to carry out the duties of saving souls for Christ. The official Installation Mass will be on October 1st at 6:00pm on the memorial of Saint Therese of Lisieux. Our Sunday readings help us to reflect on the invitation of the Lord to live with open hearts, attentive to our faith and the needs of those around us.
