The U.S. Supreme Court and the Future of Abortion in America

Add Mon, Dec 6 @ 7:00 PM

This upcoming December 1, the United States Supreme Court will hear arguments in the most important abortion case in the last 30 years: Dobbs v Jackson Women's Health Organization. This case arises out of a challenge to a Mississippi law that bans most abortions after the 15th week of pregnancy. The Dobbs case has the real potential to reverse Roe v. Wade.

Longtime Arizonan and prolife lawyer, Nikolas Nikas, will present the history of abortion jurisprudence in the U.S. and what it would mean, and would not mean, if Roe v. Wade is overturned.

Please join us for this important presentation on Mon, Dec 6 at 7:00pm in Weidner Hall.
