The Knights of Columbus cordially invite you to partake in the 25th Anniversary of the Patriot Day of prayer and flag ceremony, which commemorates the events of 9/11.
Following the 8:30am Mass, during which the Knights of Columbus will conduct a prayer and a ceremony for the event, the U.S. Flag Retirement Ceremony is scheduled.
At The flagpole on the St. Joan of Arc Campus.
We will hold a prayer service commemorating all individuals who perished, including the Knights of Columbus who lost their lives that day. This date is observed as Patriot Day.
The ceremony will include a formal recitation of the names of all 44 Knights of Columbus who died that day. Presented by Rev. Oliver Vietor.
